Refund policy

Every book on this site is a digital download, so there's nothing to post back. That makes refunds simple.

If the book isn't right for you

Buy one of Noel's ebooks, and if it isn't what you hoped for, email us within 30 days at NoelwhittakerEbooks@adpower.com.au and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason. We'd like to hear what missed the mark, but it isn't a condition of the refund.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. We process them within two business days; your bank may take a few days more to show it.

If something goes wrong with your download

If your download link doesn't work, the file won't open, or you've received the wrong book, email us and we'll sort it out — usually by sending a fresh link the same day. If we can't get a working file to you, you'll get a full refund.

If you're not sure which format to use

Every purchase includes both PDF and Epub, so you're covered on any device — computer, tablet, Kindle, Apple Books or any other e-reader. If you're not sure which one you need, see Choosing the right format. If you still can't read the book on your device, contact us and we'll help.

Your rights under Australian law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our ebooks come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded: they must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for the purpose we describe. If a book fails to meet one of those guarantees you are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

The 30-day offer above is in addition to those rights, not a substitute for them.
